These terms do not cover paid services. Any project is governed by a separate written agreement, as described in section 4.

The descriptions of services, capabilities, approaches and tools on this website are general information intended to help you decide whether to contact us. They are not an offer, a quotation or a specification, and they do not describe the exact scope of any project.

What a solution includes, which tools it uses, and how much human review it keeps depend on your process and systems, and are agreed for each project in writing.

Workflow diagrams, sector examples and scenarios on this website are illustrations. They are labelled as illustrative and do not describe work carried out for any particular client. Industry examples are not a list of clients.

Demonstrations, once published, show representative workflows built with sample data. They show how a type of solution can work, not the results a particular project will achieve. Planned demonstrations are descriptions of intent and may change before they are published.

Sending an enquiry, through the form or by email, does not create a contract, an engagement or any obligation for either of us to proceed. We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry, but we may decline any project.

If we agree to work together, we will provide a written proposal setting out the scope, approach, timeline estimate and pricing. Work begins only once a separate written agreement has been accepted by both parties. That agreement, not these terms or the contents of this website, governs the engagement.

Budget ranges on the enquiry form are indicative only, to help scope a sensible first phase. They are not prices, quotations or minimum fees.

Automation and AI systems behave differently depending on the data, processes and people involved. Nothing on this website is a promise of particular savings, accuracy, timelines or business results. Any commitments about a project are those stated in its written agreement.

The content of this website, including its text, diagrams, graphics, design and the RayneOps name and marks, belongs to RayneOps or is used with permission. You may view and share pages of this website for your own information, and link to them. You may not copy, republish or adapt substantial parts of the website, or use the RayneOps name or marks, without our written permission.

Ownership of anything built during a project is set out in that project’s written agreement. Nothing on this website grants rights in project deliverables.

Information you send us in an enquiry remains yours. You allow us to use it to reply to you and to assess your project, as described in the Privacy Policy.
