A one-minute summary of how this website handles the project enquiry form. The Privacy Policy gives the complete picture. Please do not include passwords, credentials or confidential documents in an enquiry.
1. What you send
- your name, email address, and business or organization
- a phone number, if you choose to give one
- the service you selected and your description of the problem
- your current tools or systems, and an indicative budget range, if you choose to give them
- your confirmation that we may use these details to reply
2. What happens to it
- It is sent by email, through Brevo, to the RayneOps enquiry inbox, a Gmail mailbox. It is not stored in a database.
- You receive one acknowledgement email. It does not repeat what you wrote.
- No Brevo contact is created, and you are not added to any newsletter or mailing list.
- We use it only to reply to you, assess your project and, if you wish, prepare a proposal.
3. Spam protection
A hidden field and the time taken to complete the form help us discard automated submissions. Keyed one-way hashes of your IP address and submission are used to limit repeats, and are deleted within 21 minutes. No cookies are set.
4. Your choices
